2nd review. Too sweet. I'm done with sweet beers.
a) Copper clear body with decent lace.
s) All the ingredients: Dough, Cinnamin, Raspberry, sugar, cookie.
t) Falls down for me as being too sweet to point of dessert plus medicine cabinet. Fruit and nut powdered sugar balls.
f) Syrup.
o) Only for dessert.

A: Nitro can pour. Tiger orange/light amber. Bright white head, low retention. It looks a little syrupy.
S: Raw dough, thumb print cookies, raspberry rugelach with some coconut.
M: Smooth feel from nitro, light body, well-attenuated with noticeable alcohol.
T: Sweet raspberry syrup cut quickly by drying spice of cinnamon. The soapy/metallic flavor after eating too many almonds, biscuit malt finish, lemon/grapefruit, vanilla cake balls with a lot of bacardi.
I think this might be what linzer tortes taste like in their uncooked form. There's an elemental rawness to the flavors that doesn't meld fully. On the pro side, it's boozy and not overtly sweet although I still wouldn't recommend it to a diabetic.
