dacquoise is a dessert cake made with layers of almond and hazelnut meringue and whipped cream or buttercream on a buttery biscuit base.
t) Almond, hazelnut craziness, with red bean, miso nuttiness.
f) CREAM! Come in your pants creaminess.
o) Too sweet for me but if you ever wanted a dessert beer to cut the cheese or meld with the pie/cake/pastry-party, this is your pony.
