Adaptation is why I visit Carton once a week, aside from it being my living room away from home. Stunning wild craft.
A) Takes a while for the wild creamy white head to settle down over the grapefruit hazed body.
s) Perfume yet plain, Citrus greenhouse, yet farm house cellar too.
t) Follows aroma, astringent, but strangely not too citric, some fresh sawn wood. Tiny dash of funk.
f & o) Wine-like, effervesent, I could enjoy this all Thanksgiving weekend.
