El Dorado hops lend vibrant notes of pineapple and mango, while Amarillo hops add a touch of juicy grapefruit and tangerine. East Kent Golding hops provide a foundation of earthy spice and floral intrigue, creating a complex and captivating aroma.
Upon coating the palate, Hero’s Journey explodes with refreshing citrus and tropical fruit flavors. A hint of honeyed malt emerges, perfectly complementing the hop character and creating a beautifully balanced brew. The finish is crisp and clean, leaving you wanting to return for another glorious sip.

Pours golden (gasp) with a thick white head. Aroma is earthy and floral. Taste is a touch fruity, woody and citrus sweet. Feel is excellent. So thick and smooth with a nice finish. Overall, it's a standout golden ale with multidimensional tastes, and a nice feel.

1st Review. Act 25. Poured fresh at my hometown brewer.
a) Dark golden ale, slashes a lace gallery, minimal head.
s) Kolsch like, simple, lemony, earthy, grainy.
t) El Dorado, Amarillo, East Kent Golding are the hops but all light. Yes it's like an English Ale, that woody, barrel, masculine tinge.
f) Smooth, good food beer. Hero as in around the horn or Ulysses.
o) Grows on you, pick up a 4 pack.
