Dark copper with amber highlights and a cloudy complexion. There’s a fingernail of beige around the rim and covering nearly all of the top. The aroma is of bready to biscuity malt. I’m tasting dark bready malt with a pronounced bitterness from the malt like a marzipan finish. The mouth is dense and dry.

On tap. Poured out a clear, orange color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of sweet bread, caramel and mild floral notes. Butterscotch and vanilla taste with caramel and a mild bitterness.
