Brewed in the traditional German style, this pilsner is a light golden colour. You'll find notes of crusty bread and slight herbal flavours with mild bitterness and a quick, dry finish. Uber refreshing!

Had on tap. Murky golden body with a full white head. Grain, herbal and floral hops, pear, and lemon lead the nose. Taste is way more fruity than I anticipated: pear, apple, lemon, peach, and lime all there, with herbal hops, grain and paler malt supporting. Feel is light and crisp, hops aren't as powerful here but certainly felt on the finish, paleness grows on the palate over the ounces

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a pint glass. From my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. Lot number A2425 24561. My third beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and for 2025. With Gracie the cat...

I got a tall boy can of this beer from the LCBO store in Red Lake, Ontario whilst up there dropping my son off for two week hockey excursion. It poured a clear golden with thin white ring head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and grain presence. The mouthfeel was very light in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Can - puts a hazed gold beer in the glass with a frothy 2 finger white cap that lasts...great aromas of boiled grains, grassiness, cidery...flavor is malt forward with decent hop balance...clean, malty, lightly bitter finish..decent enough rendition of a German Pils.

Pours a yellow-gold with a minor head. The smell is grainy and bitter. The taste is hoppy and bitter, almost sour, with metallic and biscuit notes. Very hoppy/bitter for a Pilsner

473 mL can from the LCBO; coded H14 0 (I'm gonna say Aug 14 2020), listed at 4.6% and served slightly chilled.
Pours a clear straw yellow colour, generating one finger of rocky, foamy white head that wilts within two minutes' time. A smooth, even coat of lacing is deposited as it recedes, soon reduced to a creamy-looking collar and thin cap - it's a fine-looking lager, alright. Clean aroma, with nothing fancy going on - grainy pale malts, bread, grassiness and just a hint of lemon zest.
A quality pils - it tastes of clean, grainy pale malts with a touch of crackery sweetness, followed by a relatively robust noble hop note towards the finish. Grassy and just a little floral, with mild lemon pith and herbal, earthy bitterness that dissipates into the aftertaste. Light in body, with lively carbonation that gives this pils a crisp, firm bite; refreshing and extremely drinkable.
Final Grade: 3.94, a B+. Junction's Craft Pilsner is excellent by domestic lager standards - I like this at least as much as old stand-bys such as Bitburger or Radeberger, and I think it'd work just fine as a slightly more expensive substitute. If you enjoy Euro lagers and pilsners then this is one worth keeping your eyes peeled for - I'll definitely pick up a few more cans while it's around.

Look: Bright medium yellow, very transparent, with medium carbonation. Pours with 1 finger white head which disapates into a small head around the top of glass after 5 minutes.
Smell: Very light, hints of straw and grass.
Taste: Semi Sweet, green apples and pears.
Feel: Very light and crisp. It plays around the sides of the mouth. A bit of tartness on the back end.
Pleasent summer BBQ sipper, but it wouldn't be something I'd go out of my way to find. B-
