With the help of our pals from Crosby Hops, a fifth-generation hop farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley we put together a killer combo of hops to create this next level Hazy IPA. Strata, Zappa (yup after Frank) and Meridian hops give this beer loads of fruity hop flavours like, strawberry, melon, stone fruit and sage! IBU: 5

At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, 473mL in a nonic pint glass. From my favourite LCBO at Tecumseh Mall in nearby Windsor. My second beer from the Toronto, Ontario brewery, and for 2025...

I got a tall boy can of this beer from the LCBO store in Red Lake, Ontario whilst up there dropping my son off for two week hockey excursion. It poured a hazy golden with thin white ring head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bitter citrus notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with crisp malt base and bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pours hazy orange with a chunky, rocky head. The aroma is full of tropical, berry, pineapple hop notes and a nice bready pale malt character. Waves of dank fruity hops and high, resinous bitterness in the taste. Medium body with creamy high carbonation. Loads of mouthcoating bitterness and tropical hops in the long finish.
This is a fantastic NEIPA with a unique hop profile with lots of berry notes. Worth a try.

I bought a can at the LCBO in Ontario 473ml at 6% .
Poured a 1 to 2 finger head into glass smell of lemons and fresh fruits
Tasty smooth IPA with a medium bitterness level
The beer left a lace as you drink it
Overall a very enjoyable beer.
Cheers

473 mL can from the LCBO; coded H28 0 (Aug 28 2020) and served barely chilled.
Pours a muddy, turbid apricot yellow colour, crowned with nearly two fingers of fluffy, soapy, billowing white head with excellent retention. It recedes gradually over the next ten minutes or so, smothering the glass with a thick coat of lace as it is reduced to a lumpy cap and collar; looks beautiful, and it's pretty juicy on the nose. I'm getting orange, pineapple, melon and passion fruit, with hints of white grapefruit, berries and papaya.
The flavours are along the same lines - juicy and fruity, with the emphasis on tropical, citrusy notes. Grapefruit, melon, mango and passion fruit are discernible, with hints of orange juice, apricot and (lychee?) berries by mid-sip. Finishes with more tropical/stone fruit and some resiny, pithy, floral bitterness on the back end, preceding a pithy, mildly astringent aftertaste with light hop acid burn. On the fuller side of medium-bodied, with light carbonation that weakly agitates the surface of the tongue; feels quite soft, smooth and plush on the palate, with decent drinkability given its abv. I could probably finish off another can, but NEIPAs are not a style I tend to consume en masse.
Final Grade: 3.81, a B+. Junction's Hazy IPA is a reasonably serviceable stab at this extremely popular style - it looks gorgeous in the glass and smells pleasant enough, but its tropical fruit/citrus-heavy hop profile is nothing especially unique or noteworthy IMO. Although it did not taste stale to me, I suspect that being five months old did not do this can any favours, so if I happen upon a fresh batch I'll be sure to grab another and update this review if necessary. This one's worth trying at least once.
