Purchased as part of a flight at the brewery. Served at around 10deg C in a sampler glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1/2" high white head that is gone in seconds. Medium gold colour and filtered clear
S- Not a lot here. It's an extra light brew with an extra light scent. Has a touch of brett yeast to it.
T- Very light bland brew. If anything it has a touch of a sour note to it.
M- Heavily carbonated
O- Not for me. Has little flavor and simple.
Food Pairing
This brew again I won't offer a pairing to as it doesn't have anything to it really. It's a simple blend without depth. Sorry.
