A great looking beer. Hazy bright vermillion colour with a long-lived head that settles to a firm cap. Surrenders a lot of lace on the way down. After that kind of quiet. Missing that element of funk or the farm or whatever else it might be that you might usually find in a saison. I'm going to have to revisit this to see if I missed something. This for now.
