An interesting beer. Poured a nice golden color with a minimal head. Smell was botanicals, with Juniper being the dominant smell. Taste was pretty interesting. At first you got all the botanicals at once, and were left with a bitter aftertaste. But as the beer warms it opens up, and you get more of the juniper, which is actually smoothed out nicely by its accompanying flavors. The feel was medium with medium low carbonation.
Quite the interesting beer. I liked it better than I thought I would, and it was pretty nice after it warmed. Not sure I would have this again, but it was nice to try.
