Sits an opaque tan in the glass with thin white head that dissipates quickly. Coriander, slight spiciness in aroma. Lots of lemon, a bit of grain and some toasty notes in the nose as well. Lemon hits the tongue first, then coriander and ends with bitter pear/orange. Lingering tartness is very offputting. Feels very watery. Hardly any carbonation after a short while and carbonation was light and effervescent while it stuck around, not unlike seltzer.
This beer was interesting and worth drinking... for about three seconds, then it got really tart and bitter, like an overripe pear. I tried to push through it, but it ended up down the drain. My wife and I agree this thing missed the mark. I'm hoping something got spoiled in transit, because if they serve this to patrons regularly, shame on them!
