Poured from a 12 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a slightly cloudy light gold amber color with a ton of sediment and a large white head. The aroma is all tropical fruit. The taste is tropical fruit and some wheat with a slight acidic finish.

12 ounce can into pint glass, canned on 5/13/2018. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy golden orange/amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of juicy strawberries, guava, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, berry, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruits, yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big juicy strawberries, guava, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, berry, wheat, cracker, and white bread; with light notes of honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very mild herbal/grassy bitterness and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy strawberries, guava, lemon, peach, pear, melon, red apple, berry, wheat, cracker, white bread, light honey, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruits, yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tartness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness, tart/tangy fruit, and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, creamy/grainy, and lightly sticky/tangy/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a delicious fruited pale wheat ale! All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruits, yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the mildy tart/bitter finish. Very flavorful and never watery for the ABV. Really great balance of authentic jammy fruit, pale/wheat malts, and fruity American wheat yeast flavors. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
