This one presents well, has good flavor, and pairs well with tailgate cuisine. I'd recommend this to a friend!

Estrella Jalisco Mango Michelada has a medium rosy head and an opaque pink-red appearance, with lots of residue left on the glass. The aroma is of tomato pulp and mango juice. The taste is salty, with tomato, faint mango, and a touch of clam broth. The body is high medium, and Estrella Mango Michelada finishes salty, as well.

Pours a red with a pink soapy fizzy head that dissipates quickly.
Smells like road tar.Road tar and dirty unwashed left out in the sun sweaty feet. Picking up some rotting fruit rinds.
Tasts kind of like a michelada. Maybe a michelada with some week old fruit left sitting in it.
Mouth feel is, oh crap its in my mouth. Mouth is medium towards heavy. thick tomato content with dirty sock soap feeling.
This is not 5% ABV, can clearly states 3.5%. Buzz kill to the person posting and the person doing the edit work. These usually are on the low end if they have the Mexican adjuncts versus the American adjuncts. Seriously, 25 oz. cans of this will hurt your stomach, beware. This is one bizarre chelada combo, and I have had several. If it was a 12 oz. can I might hit it just to revisit in case I missed anything else I could find unpleasent with this beer. As it is I paid $2.50 for this rodeo ride into somach pain hell. If you like cheladas well this one is on you. I love them myself but am really having a hard time reccomending chelada lovers try this one. Money best spent on a Tecate or Modelo chelada in a can. Or you could make your own!

19094 stamped on bottom of 24oz can. Presumably that's either a best by date of Sept 4, or a production date of April 9. In either case it seems fresh enough. Poured into a non-drinker's general use tall drinking glass.
appearance - First pour gave a massive semi-translucent orange-pink head that rapidly dissipates into still large but frail latticework that supports the large flakes of orange particulates. Body is similar to Clamato but a bit more orangered than red. 4
smell - First pour smelled a bit weird but it could have been the glass because subsequent pours smelled perfectly rereshing. Basically indistinguishable from Clamato. 4
taste - Immediately spicy. Then the sweet mango and clamato come in together riding on a bed of beer. This is actually a pretty interesting michelada. 4.5
mouthfeel - Effervescent with a spicy bite, making you feel the beer proufoundly at every step. In terms of sheer mouthfeel expression, it's really hard to top this with beers from almost any genre. 4.75
overall - Rating in style as a michelada, this is one of the best. Though I am a fan of the style, so there is some bias, my aunt hates the style but loves this particular specimen. 4.5

The beer pours out a murky red color, with a fast disipating light orange color head and some pulp sticking to the glass----------- the aromas are of tomatoes, peppers and clamato juice------------- the flavors start off sweet with tomato juice, spice, salt, artificial mango, gross gross, gross, the beer has a thin mouthfeel with no bitterness----------------- overall this was awful - I am not much of a fan of michelada's but I like to give any beer a try and this was horrible, it tasted of salty spicy tomato juice and artificial mango---

Estrella Jalisco / Golden Road Mango Michelada
"From the can "Mango Michelada is inspired by Estrella Jalisco’s culture and Mexican mango cart vendors in LA, Golden Road Brewing creates a mango-flavored beer blended with Clamato Picante and brewed in LA. This distinctive blend delivers a spin on the classic Michelada flavor with a unique and authentic LA twist."
Cloudy red with a tall pink head. Looks like a Bloody Mary with a head on it.
Smells of Tomato, mango and clam with sea water. Nope it smells nothing like a traditional beer. None of the Micheladas are really supposed to. Does it smell bad? No.
Starts out tomatoes and salt with a strong mango taste. Bitterness is certainly in this. They didn't leave out the hops. Tastes like a Bloody Mary with Mango in it. That is pretty much it. Bloody Mary with a mango in it. Is it good? Well Bloody Mary doesn't need mango in it but it is OK.
Mouthfeel is tomato juice.
Overall? It is OK. Is it better than the regular type of Michelada? Not really.
