On tap at Grand Central Market.
She’s pretty, golden in hue. Nice, solid head, almost 2 fingers and height, settles down to a consistent film five minutes in still holding up. Great retention clumpy lacing.
Nose is very understated, almost weak with hints of citrus zest.
Flavor comes through a little bit more pronounced. The citrus is toned back into a smooth, almost rindy and fleshy citrus. The bitterness is very smooth and gentle.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side of medium With a smooth steady carbonation
