Always wanting to try new Virginia beers I saw this at Rustico Ballston and had to try.
I ordered a taster so take this review for what it's worth...
Poured a nice black with little head but the mini snifter it was served in didn't help that.
The nose was very clean with a little floral yeast ester and slight roast.
The taste was light roast and very clean overall. Very light mouthfeel which is to be expected for the style served at a higher volume of co2 than nitro beers.
Overall a good beer but would like to try a little more adventurous beers by them.
