Poured from Growler, thanks to nimbleprop for sharing.
Pours a dark gold/orange, almost amber color. Darker than I expected. Good carbonation.
The nose is great, reminds of a west coast style IPA. Citrus, grapefruit, pine. Floral hops are present as well.
The taste is not as good as the smell, but still delicious. Very piney up front, citrus finish, caramel malts. Sweeter than the smell lets on.
Mouthfeel is good. Clean, medium bodied.
Overall, this is a great representation of the style.
