A - Orange body, with a moderately hazy body, minimal head that is quick to fade, not much lacing.
S - Sharp acidity, lactic in nature, sharp with a funky fruit finish.
T - Follows the nose, with a strong acidic open, with a middle that opens with fruit, starting with sweetness then peach notes and a dose of vinegar acidity that lingers through the finish.
M - Moderate weight, a spritely scrubbing finish.
O - A delicious sour, with great peach notes. Not particularly deep or layered, but quite satisfying.
