Clear, pale straw hued body; lively carbonation; thick, rocky, white head. Pepper and funk aroma; green grass; slightly citrus in nature. Light bread malt backbone with a strong taste of pepper and other herbal spices; mild phenolic tones. Soft and creamy body; coarse on the palate; dry finish.
