Believe this is on the menu as a czech pils. Either solid pilsner, easy to drink

Experienced from the tap at the brewery.

The body appears clear with a pale gold color, thin head; nice foam sheeting on the glass after each sip. Light malt nose; floral; white wine; pear. Light grain flavor with a a well-balanced hop bitterness; light fruitiness overall; very faint citrus taste notes. Light bodied, leaning towards medium in character; somewhat coarse on the palate with the carbonation; dry finish.

A delicious, well-balanced, thirst quenching lager styling. Refreshing throughout and graced with an almost delicate floral note that makes for a subtly complex yet pleasantly approachable beer.

Here's your typical German pilsner, but with a bit more kick to it. Not necessarily a hop kick, but something definitely more than what you normally find in this style. Order a couple of these out on the patio and enjoy.

Served cold in a large fluted glass.

Happy Hop is a very pale golden yellow color with descent clarity.

Aroma is mild with very little hop or yeast presence.

Flavor is also mild but still fairly flavorful and hoppy. It has a nice citrus hop and light pilsner malt.

Mouthfeel is light in cost, balanced, and crisp.

Overall a nice Americanized version of a Czech pilsner.

this one surprised me. not usually big into pilsners, but this one was impressive, well ahead of the curve here locally for this style, which has underwhelmed me quite a lot in colorado. it started rather unassuming by pouring a hazy flat yellow color with a tiny white head. plain as can be visually. the smell picks up a bit, nice lemony and grassy hops, not overpowering, but definitely distinct. flavor was great, i was surprised how much was happening here. delicate lighter malts balance off a very interesting hop profile and make a very satisfying brew. noble type hops, grassy and spicy and still plenty bitter, but well below say an urquell level. feel is nice, super light at 4% abv and a skinny body, but this is a beer youd want to session. definitely a pilsner worth trying. also a good one to experiment with the fresh hop offerings at bull and bush. great with spicy food or some of the heavier menu items in here. a really well refined lager overall, and another classic from these guys.

On tap at Bull & Bush in Glendale. The beer arrives in a standard pint glass. A straw yellow color that is mostly clear, slight hazing, no retention of the non-existent head. Little lacing. The nose is as the name implied and has a noticeable hop forward scent with citrus floral tones. Not much in terms of malt found in the nose. The flavor provides more the of the pilsner malt character you'd expect together with the citrus floral hop flavor. A lighter medium bitterness. Lighter bodied. Finishes crisp and lightly carbonated. Overall, I enjoyed this beer more than anticipated and would order again.
