The beer comes in a dark amber copper.
The aroma is quite flat, hints of cardboard.
The flavor tastes as if the beer is slightly spoiled. Lots of vegetal, cardboard, and malt. A stiff bitterness.
This should be a relatively fresh brew with the fresh hop season being now. However, this is just bad.

A: medium amber body, clear; fat head of tan foam left motes and brief lace down the glass
S: grass and pine - some floral and fresh grain highlights - clean malts aromas underscore...
T: malt richness and caramel-edged sweetness o'er pine and dank hop expressions
M: slight chew, moderate carbonation, some tack on the finish...
O: a nice IPA, enjoyed locally fresh, but not necessarily sought after...

Tried a sample at the brewery yesterday. Poured a couple of glasses from a bomber today. Probably bottled in the last few weeks.
Light copper color, one finger head that fades to lacing.
I detect more malt than hops in the aroma.
Up front hops in the flavor, piney, grassy. Marked bitterness, smoothing out in the finish.
A good beer, tasty, drinkable. I did like it better on tap than in the bottle.

A - Semi-opaque peach juice and ice tea. Fine white head sits low with ok retention and lace.
S - Hay, banana, pineapple, green mango.
T - Creamy wheat, light brown sugar, green banana, lime, green pepper. Starts nice, but fades into a handful of green off-flavors.
M - Medium/full, slick body. Undercarbonated.
O - Meh, feels somewhat off and the hop character is underwhelming. Definitely not Port Jeff's best offering.
