L- Clear straw yellow body, frothy white head with low retention. Visible carbonation activity.
S- Fresh bready malts, grass, lemon drops, hops.
T- Clean cereal malts, lemon, grass and a good supporting floral hop profile.
F- Light, smooth.
O- If BMCs tasted like this Id drink them periodically. Great lager. No complexity, simple fresh brew.

Yellow golden color with a thin head with short retention.
Aroma similar to any regular lager with notes of bread malt, cereals and floral hops. Hints of honey.
Flavor with lots of honey with some nuts, floral and spicy hops, Pilsner malt, some lemon drops, a bit of paper and white bread. Dry aftertaste with a smooth bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation. Somewhat creamy.
This is the best Mexican style Lager I had. This one you can drink without being michelada with lemon and salt. But don’t expect high emotions, it is as good as it gets for the style.
