On tap at the Better Weather Fest at Golden Road Brewing in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a murky orange with a foamy tan head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, brown sugar, pumpkin, and lots of pumpkin pie spices. Taste is much the same with a nice spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

A: The beer pours a slightly hazed amber color with q dense off-white head.
S: A very strong spice note. Lots of cinnamon and nutmeg with a little bit of spiced apple cider. Some toasted malt and bread with a light grass note. A touch of savory spices and fruits, interestingly enough.
T: Fairly sweet with lots of bread and apple cider notes. Quite spicy, definitely a lot of cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg, and some clove. A little bit of bread and caramel. Not a bad pumpkin ale.
M: Medium bodied with a medium level of carbonation.
O: The apple note was a bit distracting, but otherwise it's pretty decent.

Pours a somewhat cloudy orange, off-white head dies down pretty fast. Smell is spicy, like any pumpkin ale. Taste is composed of mostly that spice, unlike the DFH Punkin I had recently that had a really nice brown ale malt backbone to it, this one kinda stood alone with its spice. Not bad, but I would like a little more sweetness coming though maybe with caramel malts. Not a bad Pumpkin Ale overall though.

Had again Thanksgiving 2012. Absolutely enjoyed it. Has become a favorite festive beer over the years.

A- Poured from my Taps growler into a big ol' mug, this beer pours an murky orange(ish) color with an off-white head that quickly dissipates to a ring that sticks around along the inside of the glass. Each sip leaves a few spots of lacing behind.
S- A spicy aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice with a nice earthy backing of pumpkin flesh and toasty, malty sweetness.
T- The taste delivers exactly what the aroma promises, except that the pumpkin flavor actually comes through more than the spices, which is great. The middle yields some bready maltiness as the squash flavor subsides. The medium-dry finish leaves a tiny metallic bitterness and an earthy squash flavor on the palate.
M- The beer feels medium-bodied in the mouth and the carbonation is fairly aggressive but not over-the-top.
D- The flavor of this beer never became cloying. I'm not too sure about the ABV, but I know that it's somewhere between 5 and 6%, which makes this even easier to drink.
I look forward to Taps' pumpkin ale every year. It has just the right amount of both spice and pumpkin flavor. A great way to celebrate the arrival of my favorite season.

The beer poured a dark orange color and pretty clear with a decent amount of head that died after a minute. This beer had an intense smell and flavor. Very strong on the spices but also on the pumpkin flavor. The menu says its spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice. I liked it a lot, my second favorite pumpkin beer of all time behind only the Pumking from Southern Tier. I would go back to the brewery for this beer.

Medium copper body capped with a ½ finger of large-bubbled foam. Nose is heavy with nutmeg.
Entry of this brew is supported by adequate CO² and sports a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Pumpkin flavor carries thru both in midtaste and after the spices die off in the finish.
This is a good middle-of-the-road pumpkin spiced ale and would serve as a great intro to the style to newbies.

This happens to be my favorite pumpkin ale by far. I have tried quite a few of the others and all seem to put their focus more on the spices than on the actual pumpkin flavor. Victor just does not do this. His emphasis seems to be on the heart of this seasonal offering.
The beer pours a nice dark amber color. I got a very small head on the pour that dissipated rather quickly, but it stayed long enough for the initial smell. It smells of cinnamon, pumpkin and other spices reminiscent of a thanksgiving treat. The taste compliments the smell very well with a nice spicey start and a clean, crisp pumpkin finish that lingers on the tongue.
It is slightly more carbonated, but I think that helps with the spicey start of the beer. I let the second draft sit a bit, and I was not as happy without the carbonation. The mouthfeel is nice as a fruit/spice beer should be.
I think this is very drinkable. When it left the tap, I was highly disappointed as I wanted more. Since I am a fan of pumpkin pie and beer, this just made my days more enjoyable while it was up.
