On-tap at Taps
This is basically an attempted clone of the Bruery's Mischief (as you might guess from the name).
A: The pour is a nice golden color with a white head to cap things off.
S: Quite a bit of tropical fruit notes, especially pineapple. Some nice citrus hop aromas too, specifically grapefruit. A bit of sweet malt and yeast, too.
T: The flavor is similar to the nose. Good hop character, but not quite as intense as Mischief is. Mostly citrus with light tropical and pine flavors.
M: The body is medium with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: I'd rather have the real thing, but this wasn't bad, especially for a Taps beer.
