Purchased cold - 16oz can with no canned on date - Poured into an English pub glass
L - Pours a clear light brown/copper with mild sediment visible. Fizzy, loosely foamed head that dissipates quickly, no lacing whatsoever as it goes down.
S - Light hibiscus, indiscernible fruit, some salinity and a hint of sour.
T - Mild slightly bretty sour, indiscernible fruit, a touch of salinity.
F - Light to medium bodied with moderate, sharp carbonation.
O - Meh. This is the 2nd time I've been disappointed with a Slumbrew offering. I really hate whatever brettanomyces they're using. This needs more salinity, more sour and some dialing back on whatever fruit they've used that entirely overpowers the hibiscus.

Clear light copper color nearly no head (just rim bubbles). A couple streaks for lace.
Sweet and salty nose like one would expect from the style.
Sour with a good dose of crystal malt for the base. The sourness plays throughout the tasting from the initial sip through the long aftertaste. Just a touch of saltiness.

This Gose takes a different approach than other U.S brewed Goses.
Less carbonated, more fruity, and far less salty.
Poured a copper-reddish color with a 3F head in a Stange glass ( best for the style).
It subsided within minutes.
Aroma: very floral, some dark, almost honey-raisin like flavor initially, which faded.
The MF is far less carbonated than other American brewed Goses. There is less tartness,
the body at first seems lighter than other U.S. Goses; with warming the balance is brought out.
With most Goses, colder is better, not with this beer.
The taste is fruity, somewhat spicy: citrus, berry, and hibiscus (?) It's difficult for me to recognize Hibiscus,
but the fruity quality is very pronounced.
Overall- quite different approach to the style. Excellent, and worth checking out.

One of my favorite sours! Just tart enough, but not overwhelming. The hibiscus flavor gives it a nice finish. Very easy to drink.
