Dark brown color where no light passes anywhere. Light beige head which settles to rim bubbles. Minimal lacing--mainly minute spots.
I get an interesting smell of semisweet chocolate, vanilla, and something that reminds me painting workshop (yes, I smell drying paint).
Very smooth because the beer is rich and lowly carbonated. The flavors mimic the smell. As a Milk Stout, this is not too sweet. This is a mellow, easy to drink, beer. Nowhere does it kick your tail with powerful overwhelming flavors.

Nitro stout. Rich, creamy and smooth. Roasted malt, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and maybe some dark fruit. This stout works perfectly with the nitro. Think closer to a milk stout than Guiness. Hopefully this comes back. It's delicious.
