Light gold color with the faintest of hazes. Minor spots for lace. Nearly no head.
A nice smelling blend of malt, hop, and the Saison yeast. More mellow than most in this style.
I first note the higher carbonation. The body holds up, though. The yeast provides the distinctive farmhouse flavoring favorably.
