Hazy light gold color. Moderate head which leaves an initial ring of lace. Infrequent spots thereafter.
Plenty of grapefruit rind aromas. Biting.
Not as "white" as I expected, but the yeast bite fits the profile. The bitter hop dominates the finish. Thin bodied with ample carbonation. The aftertaste is long lasting with the same combination of yeast and hop.
