On the positive side the color has beautiful hue of ruby-amber. Perfectly clear. However, there's no head and no lace.
Soured milk nose. Some burnt sugars and darkened toast smells as well.
The body is thin but so is the carbonation. The flavor is semisweet with lots of toasted bread. There's some alcohol warmth, particularly in the aftertaste. Surprisingly good hop bitterness for the style.
