A: hazy; bronze colored; 1.5 finger off white head that receded to a thick ring; nice lacing;

S: muted; a little peach, apricot;

T: piney hops up front; the fruit comes in slightly at mid-palate with some pepper; moderately bitter finish with coriander that lingers;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation;

O; complex flavors; I would have liked a little more aroma and a little less coriander;

Bomber > Pint Glass

A - Pours a nice clear deep gold, almost two fingers of white fizzy head, medium lacing.
S - Peach, tons of peach! Papaya, mango, pineapple, pine, biscuit malt, nice floral tones, just awesome.
T - Taste follows aroma a lot, tons of juicy peach, a very slight hint of peppery spice, some pine, then the rest of those tropical notes, mango, pineapple. Lots of juicy tropical fruit notes, peach being the big one.
M - A little tart, moderately sticky, but not bad for its weight. Good feel.
O - I cant believe the massive peach flavor and aroma in this beer, its one of the best examples of showing off use of a fruit in a beer, not overly sweet , or bitter. Good balance. I almost passed on this one while visiting, really glad I got it.

Poured into a Pint Glass

A - Copper in color with an off white frothy 2 finger head. opaque for the most part and you can see its very well carbonated. Leaves solid lacing wrapping around the glass in thin, full lines.

S - Phenomenal; smell of peach and tons of citrus...orange, grapefruit, lemon. Although brewed with 3 different hop varieties the citra is prominent. hints of apricot as well possibly??

T - very juicy and refreshing. now im able to see that this beer was brewed with more than just a citra. kind of peppery on the finish with a artificial peach syrupy flavor happening. got some spicy type of hops in here as well, somewhat tasting a little like this years Stone 17 Ann, but less peppery. Not getting as much peach as i wished for but still tastes great.

M - Very well carbonated. pretty medium bodied.

Overall this beer is fairly drinkable, right amount of hops, malt, and everything else to keep you interested in drinking it. I like it.

It's a pun, I get it... A Belgian wheat beer with nice hops and peaches, could be great, could be terrible.

Pours a nice creamy almost 1 finger head that fades semi slowly, just a bit of lacing, mostly clear amber orange colored beer.

Nose is nice, a nice big waft of fresh peaches, juicy peaches with some fruity hops, hint of citrus but mostly like a stone fruit hop character, a little tropical fruit as well, light Belgian golden malt and little wheat like base with hint of banana like aroma, nice fruity blend, just a bit of a peach syrup like the syrup from canned peaches, nice floral hop character too.

taste is a bit lackluster though, a peach syrup flavor, again the syrup from canned peaches, light fresh peach but not much, and generic stone fruit characters. The malts are a bit syrupy, hint of wheat flavor light malt character but not much, just a bit syrupy. Hops come in with bitterness mostly, a little generic spicy like hop bitterness, with mild fruity hop flavors, just a touch of tropical fruit and citrus but much lighter than I expected. The yeast seems to bring mild esters as well. Finish is a little sticky mild syrupy, bit drier, more canned peaches and little citrus hop character, a bit of clementine and nectarine finally, little spicy hop.

Mouth is med bodied, decent fluffy carbonation.

Overall not bad, the aroma is nice, but the flavor seems to drop off a bit, peaches smell fresh but get canned tasting on the flavor, hops are nice on aroma but disappear a bit on the flavor, they seem drowned out by the syrupy peaches and malt base, but still pretty good.

Pours a slightly cloudy, deep golden orange with tangerine hues and a two finger yellowish head that very slowly settles into a thick, lasting ring. Really good retention with large chunks of soapy lacing left behind.

Sweet citrus and tropical fruit aroma with a subtle earthy hop presence and faint wheat beer character. Lots of peach and grapefruit along with some orange peel and mango along with grassy, resinous hops, bready yeast, wheat and bubblegum. Pale biscuit like malts along with some caramel and toffee. Weird combination but not offensive.

Medium bodied with a bitter, earthy hop presence up front that lingers over the peach, wheat flavors and malt backbone into an astringent, dry finish. The grassy, piny hops really clash with the sweetness of the peach, and the tropical/citrus fruit notes from the nose are missing. One dimensional hop flavor that falls off halfway through. Hops are countered by malted wheat, bready yeast, banana and bubble gum with artificial tasting peach juice as well. Lingering overly dry finish. ABV is well masked but the flavors are all over the place resulting in a somewhat muddled, messy beer.

In a snifter the beer was amber colored with a medium-sized off-white head. There was a tiny bit of lace.

Sweet fruit aroma up front. Pine and citrus hops. Some peppery malt.

Peach, grapefruit, and pine. I'm sorry, this didn't work for me. There was too much of a dichotomy between the sweet fruit and the hops..

I didn't think the peach and hops marriage worked. A divorce is in order.
