Served in a shaker pint glass at the taproom.
Wait, there's another new beer? Sweet! This one pours a hazy sunset tawny brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises pineapple, lemon zest, light honey, light biscuit, mild melon, light Belgian yeast, and a bit of orange peel. The taste brings in more of the same, the fruits and yeast and newcoming pine dancing along very nicely to Cascada's "Evacuate the Dance Floor". Good times. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation, and a sorta/kinda drying finish. Overall, a damn fine BIPA, something I'm gonna drink the hell out of when I'm here in the taproom.

Poured into pint glass from growler
A-hazy orange with about a finger of thin foam which dissipated pretty quickly.
S-Pineapple, bitter orange, overall very pleasant.
T-Full of tropical fruit with some citrus as well. Matches pretty closely to aroma. I might prefer this have a touch more pine (a preference of mine) or some additional malt character to balance the fruitiness of the hops.
M-Medium carbonation, fairly light-bodied for the alcohol. Lends itself to be an easy drinker for a more moderate strength beer.
O-I really like this beer and will buy it again. It'd be rated higher if there weren't so many other fantastic Belgian and otherwise IPAs to choose from. It's a nice drink for the patio when you want something more substantial than typical "summer beers."
