Very good Imperial Stout. Has a strong kick to it with it's 9% ABV.

Served from the tap in a snifter at the brewery tap room.
Let's move on to a barrel-aged stout, eh? The first from Tighthead in a bit of a while. It pours a deep midnight sienna topped by a half-finger of off-tan foam. The nose comprises roasted malts, bourbon-soaked wood, and a touch of cola. The taste brings in more of the same, the booze and wood o'ershadowing most else, though some bitter roast trickles through at various intervals, unfortunately few and far between, relatively speaking. The body is a hefty medium, bordering on true heft, with a light moderate carbonation and a thick feel. Overall, a solid base stout, it seems, just couldn't stand up to the onslaught presented by an overachieving barrel. It's not a horrid mess, just a very much unbalanced creature.
