Had on tap. Pale bright yellow cloudy body, white finger of foam, spotted lacing. Flowers and belgian yeast lead in the nose, with some mild breadiness and lemon zest supporting all very mildly. Taste adds huge bubblegum to the flowers and yeast but loses everything else, SO much bubblegum. Good airy yeast and flowery disposition in the bright and light body. Simpler but well made, but monotone

On draft. Poured a clear, deep golden color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of bubblegum, caramel, toffee and stone fruits. Sweet bubblegum, toffee, caramel and subtle hoppy bite. Minimal bitterness. Crisp and smooth finishing.

16oz can. Thanks to Anthony for giving me a can to try. Deep golden colored body with some haze and yeasties; thinner white head. Aroma is sweet bready malt, honey, banana, spicy hops, and Belgian yeast. Nice flavors consisting of doughy malt, bready yeast, very light caramel, grassy/spicy hops, white grape, and mild banana. Fuller body, moderate carbonation, alcohol well concealed, balanced finish. This was good, but the actual Trappist brewed Belgian ales are hard to beat.

I've had a pour from a friend's personal keg in his man cave. It had a nice pour looked a like a standard IPA. Very nice "flavor" with a distinct after taste. The 8.9 ABV kinda creeps up on you. I like this Tripel much more than the Fin Du Mond. Unfortunately it's a seasonal brew at Tighthead.

Tasty trippel. Sweet, no bite. Good Trappist.

A: Poured from a bomber. Cloudy gold with a foamy white head and lotsa lacing.
S: it smells sweet with a hint of clove.
T: Sweet malt, clove and banana?
F: Smooth and creamy with little carbonation.
O: I don't try these very often, it might be because of the aroma, bad perfume. Probably won't try it again.

Good triple. I've had better, but this one is good!
