Haze Cryo Pale Lager
First one of a series of colaborations, this one was brewed at la Brasserie de la Pleine Lune.
Quite clear for a hazy beer... Pale yellow, small white head.
Overall it shows a nice herbal and floral character. Some tropical fruits notes are noted too. The drinkability is up to the roof but this lager doesn't lack of character and balance.
