Look - pint can purchased at the brewery and poured into a tulip glass. lemon yellow in color, mildly cloudy, and small frothy head leaving behind little bits of lacing.
Smell - Belgian yeast, with faint notes of honeylike sweetness and floral aroma.
Taste - very much a wheat forward beer with virtually no bitterness. both the honey and apple flavor are detectible towards the finish, which is very dry.
Feel - medium bodied, low carbonation, and standard on booziness at 5.7% ABV.
Overall - the beer did not impress me in the look or smell, but is actually quite tasty and carried a lot more flavor than I expected. mild on the hops, but plenty of malt flavors makes for a robust yet refreshing brew.
