Blossoming with hundreds of pounds of raspberry puree, Concrete Bloom also has a fresh, mint finish from whole mint leaves. Huell Melon and Calista hops create a fruit-forward backbone of grapefruit and honeydew while a touch of honey adds sweetness and rye malt adds spice.

Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Looks like a beauty when poured into the glass. Hazy darker golden amber color with a light carbonation.
Smell: Mint aroma which is super light consisting of malt as well.
Taste: Mint heavy with lighter raspberry note. Fruit but the tea feel which resembles a kombucha tea might not be for everyone. It's earthy and malty all at once.
Mouth: Sticky body with a light carbonation.
Overall: Good brew but drink with an open mind. The mint is overpowering but no complaints on a hot day.

16oz can.
L: Cloudy, burnt orange with a thin head and rings of lacing.
S: Mint and red berries.
T: Orange marmalade, fresh mint and summer berries. Moderate bitterness.
F: Medium body with some carbonation and a thin but very dry finish.
O: A fruit-filled IPA. More fruit than beer… but the mint works surprisingly well.

A: The beer is murky yellowish brown in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of mint are present in the nose along with notes of raspberry and strawberry.
T: The taste follows the smell but isn't as minty and has additional notes of honeydew melon and stronger flavors of strawberry and raspberry. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting take on an IPA with the use of raspberry puree and mint. It might not be everyone's cup of tea but I thought it had a good balance among the different flavors.
