Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a partly hazy brass-gold topped by a finger or so of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises bubblegum, light wheat, and mild coriander. The taste brings in more of the same, the gum transmogrifying into some mildly-funky lemon zest, with some sourdough and black pepper permeating the aftertaste. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda drying finish. A pretty nice saison, eminently drinkable.

Pours a semi cloudy golden color. A creamy and moussy white head retains well, some nice lacing.
Aromas of biscuity Pilsner malt, cracker and honey. Amply spiced with peppercorn and complimented by fruity aromatics, including orange, lemon, pear, grape and melon.
The taste showcases the gentle spices of pink peppercorn, laid out against a biscuity and crackery malt backbone that is moderately sweet. Dry and crisp with lots of fruity notes aligning with the aroma. A developing earthy hops bitterness balanced things out.
Medium bodied and crisp. Finish is appropriately dry. Well carbonated.
Kick ass Saison! It's easy to crush. one of the better I've had from Bronx Brewery in recent memory.
