Pours a hazy straw color with a small fizzy head that fades wicked fast, no lacing on the glass or a cap on top.

Smell has a good lemon citrus zing to it with some other spices, such as coriander and clove.

Taste is similar to the nose, the lemon is the first to hit and provides a bit of pucker, the other yeasty flavors arrive throughout, carbonation is very high and basically explodes in the mouth which creates a thinness of the beer.

Quite refreshing, probably should have drank it during warmer months but this winter has been mild so it still works.

Pours a decent fizzy almost 1 finger head that fades at a med pace, pretty clear watery paleslight tan colored.

Nose brings a mild grainy doughy wheat and malt, a grits like corn mash, faint saison yeast spices, a little citrus, touch orange and a bit of lemon too, grassy, starts to get a little doughy, mild lemon cereal thing.

Taste brings more of the cereal aspect, toasted grains and wheat, grassy with a touch of hay and straw, some doughy bread and a little lemongrass. Some citrus notes, a little lemon peel and faint saison yeast spices. More lemony kids cereal and a bit of a gristy wheat. Mild bitter grassy hop in the middle that gets slightly spicy note on the back end. Finish is dry, attempts to get crisp but falls a bit short, little more gristy wheat and cereal grains, plenty more lemon and citrus, and mild floral grassy hops with a faint bitterness.

MOuth is lighter bod, with good carbonation.

Overall OK, nothing too special, pretty light all around. That being said, they didn't destroy the beer either with heavy citrus, over spiced, sweetened, fake stuff, etc, so not really too "Americanized". Light and fairly enjoyable, more of a summer beer, but not date on the bottle.
