Label says 45 IBU, ABV 7.5%, and "Sour amber ale aged for 6 months in oak and blended with a golden rye saison." 500 ml bottle, probably pretty fresh from the brewery since I got it in Massachusetts. Pours with a good beige head, clear but densely colored golden orange. Smell was tangy sour which I thought similar to Orval. Taste was sour with oak and some spiciness which I think was the rye saison. Mouthfeel is clean and smooth, but has some oak aftertaste. Overall, an interesting brew - too oaky for my taste, a little bitter with too much aftertaste.
