The beer pours a dark red color with a tan head. The aroma is full of sour cherries with some roasted malt thrown in. The flavor is similar. I get some sour cherry notes, as well as some roasted malt and chocolate. There is also a light vinegar quality to the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Not really sure if this one is supposed to be sour or not.
