We brewed this Belgian IPA with our good friends at Barrel of Monks to go against convention. We took a traditionally malty Belgian beer and added enough hops to put the Due South stamp on it. We hope you enjoy Apostate as much as we did brewing it.

Pours from a can a caramel malty color with a medium foamy head and nice lacing. Piney, herbal hops dominate the aroma with bready malts taking a back seat. Mild carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. A nice tasting blend of hops and malt, with underlying Belgian characteristics. Great job of combining the best of both breweries. Will definitely drink again.
