When Hurricane Irma blew through South Florida, one nun in Miami made it her mission to clear debris. This is our tribute to those who had to do what’s necessary in the face of adversity. This IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Amarillo, Azacca, and Idaho 7 hops.

Had it on draft, probably my favorite ipa from due south it was super hoppy and had a nice fruty taste.
