Appearance: Arrives fudge brown with a one finger beige head; good sticking power and webby lacing
Smell: Roasted tones with a good waft of coffee; the chocolate and Whiskey tones are both apparent
Taste: Roast and chocolate flavors forward with the Irish Whiskey emerging in the middle; the coffee arrives, after the swallow, and all the flavors blend in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation; warmth in the gullet
Overall: I much preferred this to the base beer; it tastes like a barrel-aged beer even though only the coffee beans were soaked in Whiskey
