On tap at the brewery. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Deep amber brown. Reddish flecks. Nice cream collar. No lacing.
Smell - Surprisingly fruity. Dark fruits, tons of caramel, a little bit of hops.
Taste - Much hoppier here. Masks the fruitiness. Buckets of caramel. Slight bitterness. Creamy finish.
Mouthfeel - Creamy, a little bit too bitter. Medium body.
Overall - Nice beer. One of the ones I enjoyed the most from Due South.
