Sampled on tap at the Las Vegas (Summerlin) location, but brewed in Chandler, Arizona.
This beer poured a clear, amber color with white foam that settled completely, though with good steady carbonation. The smell was lightly malty and ethereal. The taste was tangy and malty with a touch of sweetness and hints of alcohol. The malt flavor was present, though the amount of malt seemed low. The mouthfeel was smooth and airy and warming. The body was medium with low carbonation feel. This was a very interesting beer -- overall it was light, but the flavor was interesting.
