Sampled on tap at the Las Vegas (Summerlin) location, but brewed in Chandler, Arizona.
This lager poured a clear, very light yellow color with white foam that settled and clung to the glass a little bit. There was a light carbonation from the bottom of the glass. The smell was very minimal, even if coaxed. The taste was lightly malty with some bread and biscuit and a hint of sweetness. The mouthfeel was smooth with light body and good carbonation. The bready flavor lingered faintly. This was a very light lager, and was OK for a light lager, I suppose.
