Appearance: Hazy yellow-orange capped with two fingers of egg-white foam
Aroma: Light bodied nose - yeasty with lingering sweet honey malt and spices
Taste: Virtually zero foretaste until yeast hits the back of the tongue. Mid-taste is sweet like a juicy-fruit/bubble-gum combo. Fades out into a trailing sweetness with yeast dominating the finish
Mouthfeel: Excellent, filling mouthfeel chocked full of complexities
Drinkability: Absolutely superb. Excellent when paired with egg rolls or pork.
