4th 5oz sample at BJ's (Brea) 5/17/2010. All variations spent about the same amount of time in the barrels (since September or October 2009) and looked about the same.
Pours deep red and mildly hazy. Nice white head with not much in the way of lacing or retention.
Aroma: Acetobacte, big time. Some oak but mostly vinegar.
Flavor is heavy on the vinegar as well. Very sweet and very sour. This is probably the most characteristically Flemmish but it has a much too strong nail polish taste.
Light/medium body. Basically drinkable.
