Double Vision is built on a carefully decided hop bill of Vic Secret, Dr. Rudi, Simcoe, and Chinook. This double hazy IPA is a soft, pillowy brew with out of this world tropical hop aromas and flavors of pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, and lingering notes of earthy pine. It’s sure to bring double vision as the flavors of this IPA transport you to new dimensions.

I’m a sucker for Latitude 33, so was excited to try another one from them. Can description read, “Double Vision is built on a carefully decided hop bill of Vic Secret, Dr. Rudi, Simcoe, and Chinook. Poured a golden hazy color with four fingers of rocky white head. Lots of bubble streams coming up the sides of the glass. World-class layered foamy lacing. World-class retention. (Sight - 4.75)
Smelled Vic Secret, dish soap, grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, Galaxy (even though it’s not mentioned), woody pine, Chinook, grass and black pepper. A little better out of the can with that Simcoe coming through. (Smell - 3.50)
Taste was better than the nose. In order got Vic Secret, green apple, pear, grapefruit, passion fruit, pineapple, black pepper, grass, lingering Simcoe spice, woody pine, herbal and Chinook. (Taste - 3.75)
Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. Long finish. (Feel - 3.75)
Very good overall, but I think I overrated it. I just can’t get into Vic Secret. (Overall - 3.75)

Overall a solid double IPA but a little on the boozy side. Crisp notes of pineapple and pine with a strong lingering finish. Head dissipates quickly leaving a subtle ring on top. Color is cloudy and light and mouth feel is light and refreshing.
