A Wet Hop IPA brewed with fresh local hops from our neighbors’ farms & backyards. This beer is brewed less than 24 hours after harvest. Hop varieties used vary from season to season, but the recipe & technique remains the same each year.

On tap at Donnelly's Public House in Fairport, NY.
Pours a dark orange, with a 1.5 inch head, and lots of lacing down the glass.
Smells pretty earthy, dank, and piney. Awesome!
The taste is pretty similar. Lots of pine, a little bit of honey malt sweetness, a tiny bit of citrus, but mostly earthy hop flavors.
Medium bodied, very drinkable.
I'm really impressed with this new brewery and want to try much more from them.
