A very refreshing IPA. We has it on draught at a local restaurant with our fish fry. It was an excellent pairing . Not too hoppy and easy to drink. I usually like IPAs or 2xIPAs. Recommended by our server who has never steered us wrong.

Tasted from a 12 oz can. Cloudy pale gold color, like a witbier, but with a strong, rocky head. Nice citrus hops aroma of lemon and grapefruit. Yummy hops flavors match the aromas, but there is also light biscuit malt and a hint of sweetness. Medium body with full, creamy carbonation. Strong hops bitterness and moderate alcohol presence. Overall, a very nice NE IPA.

Pours a light golden tinged orange color. Thick frothy white head dissipates into a sudsy hill with tons of lacing left on the glass. Beer clearly has tons of sediment in it giving it a sludgy appearance. (mores than many examples of the style).
Aroma smell like wet hay, leaves and hop matter. Raw green hop pellets - like before they are brewed with. Maybe some orange and mango there, but mostly its just an unpleasant wet raw hop pellet aroma.
Taste unfortunately follows the nose - Taste is wet hay, raw hop pellets, alfalfa grass, and green vegetation. Vegetal bitterness on the finish. Any fruit like flavors from the hops are subdued and completely overpowered by the raw hop-pellet flavor.
Feel can only described as sludgy - very full mouthfeel, but its pulpy? Like, you can feel the hop sediment in the beer as you consume it. Mild carbonation. Mostly dry finish.
I don't know if I'm drinking the same beer as the other reviews here ... this is one of the single most unpleasant IPAs I've ever had. Raw doesn't even begin to describe it.
